Decent option for a short visit in LA, good value for price. Norma in the coffee shop was a highlight, always smiling. Just be prepared for noise if your room overlooks the nightlife.

Great rooftop bar, but only one elevator made for long waits.

The oceanfront room provided breathtaking views and a comfortable balcony for dolphin watching. Breakfast featured a delightful variety of delicious options, and the staff, especially Norma, created a welcoming atmosphere. However, a minor maintenance issue was promptly resolved, yet the rooftop terrace charges felt excessive compared to similar amenities at other hotels.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The beach access was perfect for enjoying sunny days, and renting bikes to ride along Pacific Avenue was a fantastic experience for the whole family. Our pet felt right at home here with us.
My kids wished the pool area had more kid-friendly activities to keep them entertained.

The rooftop bar at Hotel Erwin served up some killer sunset views, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach chillin'. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of healthy options that fueled my foodie adventures in Venice!
But I gotta keep it real. the elevator was out, so I was wandering through some dark garage that had serious 'The Shining' vibes. And while I caught some great service on day one, the rest of the time felt a bit ghost town-ish, with no one greeting me.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We loved biking along the Pacific Avenue up to Santa Monica. The rooftop bar is a must-visit for sunset views, and the location was perfect for exploring. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just a heads up, the in-room coffee situation could use some improvement. Overall, great vibes and definitely worth staying!

The rooftop bar impressed me the most with its stunning views, especially during sunset. The staff greeted me warmly at check-in with a complimentary drink, setting a great tone. Biking to Santa Monica was easy and a fun way to explore the area, thanks to their complimentary bike rentals. Room cleanliness stood out, everything felt fresh and well-kept. On the downside, noise from the street was disruptive at times, especially late at night. The Wi-Fi occasionally lagged, making it hard to stay connected when I needed. Still, I'd recommend this place just for the vibrant atmosphere and helpful staff. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.
